Firstly, the mechanism of microcellular foam injection moulding is analyzed by researching the classical nucleation theory model, and the difference between the classical nucleation theory and the actual nucleation performance was raised,the reason for this is the free energy change of polymer is ignored in the classical nucleation .
首先,本文从研究经典成核理论原理着手,分析了微细发泡注塑成型的成核机理,提出经典成核理论与实际成核过程存在的差别,指出造成这些差异的主要原因是由于超临界气体溶入到聚合物熔体中,引起聚合物基体的自由能变化,而在经典成核理论中没有考虑这些因素引起的体系自由能的改变。
