属先天性畸形。是胚胎期背侧和腹侧胰芽的愈合位置不正常而将十二指肠降部环绕,压迫十二指肠,造成外因性梗阻。常合并先天性十二指肠闭锁和狭窄。临床表现轻者可无症状,重者于初次喂乳后即呕吐,呕吐物常含胆汁,偶为咖啡样物,可见上腹胀及胃肠蠕动波。X线钡餐检查可确诊。需手术治疗。
