材 料:猫耳面150克,高汤3杯,木耳适量,色拉油1大匙,海带节适量,葱少许,胡萝卜适量,
姜末少许,鲜竹笋适量。
调味料:精盐1/2小匙,香油1小匙,味精1/2小匙,胡椒粉少许,绍酒1小匙。
做 法:1、木耳、海带节泡发回软,择软干净;胡萝卜切花刀片;鲜竹笋切段。
2、铝锅上火,加1/2清水,烧沸后下入猫耳面,煮10分钟至熟,捞出装碗。
3、炒锅上火烧热,下油,放入葱、姜末炝锅,烹绍酒,再下入高汤和调味料,见汤沸,
下入木耳、海带节、胡萝卜片、鲜竹笋等,略煮2分钟,离火,倒入面碗中即可。
特 点:造型美观,口感鲜嫩。
