Based on the operation characteristics of a supply chain,we analyze the cooperative strategy of the assignment game.

Aiming at incomplete information, such as bidding decision and preference of power producers in a deregulated power market in China, fuzzy game theory is suggested in order to maximize profits in optimization bidding decision of power producers.

Then the problem of site selection of missile position under every situation is converted to a fuzzy assignment problem or a fuzzy generalized assignment problem,and its optimal solution can be easily obtained by the famous Hungary algorithm,Last,a practical example used the proposed method was given.
