性质:又称甲氧苯青霉素;美替西林。由青霉素G加2,6-二甲氧苯甲酰胺(三乙胺)缩合而成的青霉素类抗生素。白色结晶性粉末,几乎无味。耐青霉素酶,但抗青霉素酶能力不很强。用于耐青霉素G的金葡菌感染。副作用小,主要为注射局部疼痛,偶见间质性肾炎等。
