Objectives: To explore the different mechanisms of Liver-Regulating(调肝方), Pi-Invigorating(四君子汤), Shen-Supplementing and Ginsenoside in the model rats with repeated psychological restraint stress by determing the contents of Glu, Asp, Tau and GABA in the hypothalamus and hippocampus.
目的 :观察调肝 (调肝方 )、健脾 (四君子汤 )、补肾 (肾气丸 )治法方药及人参总皂甙对反复心理应激大鼠下丘脑及海马氨基酸含量的影响。
