Studying on Establishing of Principle of Due Process in the Administration of Public University;

In this article, it is suggested that the system of right protection in the procedure of investigation should be established conform to the rules of procedure and the principle of due process.

Being highly flexible and operational, the due process of law affords a theoretical and institutional basis for due process of administration and serves as an external value of administrative due process.

Leigislators shoud consider reaching the aim with principles of administrative procedure and systems of administrative porcedure.
