通过动物实验观察康脉软胶囊对家兔股动脉硬化闭塞症模型的血清C-反应蛋白、白介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶-9、血栓素B_2，提高6-酮-前列腺素_(1α)的影响，以探讨康脉软胶囊治疗动脉硬化闭塞症的作用机理。

Medthods Eighty subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups,the 40 patients in the control group were treated with Tongsimaipian the 40 patients in the treated group were treated with Kangmai soft Capsule.
