This paper decides the weight of the evaluation indices by using analytic hierarchy process,and devises the evaluation framework about enterprises autonomous creativity with regional theory;it analyzes empirically enterprises autonomous creativity with the first economic census data from various regions of Hunan.
采用层次分析法确定其指标权重,构建基于区域理论的企业自主创新能力评价框架;进而利用自主创新能力指标体系模型,根据湖南省第一次经济普查数据对湖南各地区企业自主创新能力进行实证分析;最后做出客观评价——湖南各地区自主创新能力总体上居全国中游水平,其中创新活动能力、创新产出能力略强,而创新投入能力较弱、创新环境较差。
