美元—黄金本位制
【美元一黄金本位制】布雷顿森林体系下，是以黄金为基础，以美元作为最主要的国际储备货币，实行美元一黄金本位制。根据协议，美元直接与黄金挂钩，各国确认1934年美国规定的35美元折合一盎司黄金的官价，各国政府或中央银行随时可用美元向美国政府按官价兑换黄金。其他国家的货币可与美元直接挂钩，以美元的含金是作为各国规定货币平价的标准，各国货币与美元的汇率，则按各国货币的含金量确定，或不规定含金量而只规定与美元的比价，间接与黄金挂钩。这样，各国货币都盯住美元，美元等同黄金，成了国际金融活动所必须围绕的中心。
