To test the sensitivity and specificity of various antigens, agglutination test, agar diffusion test and counter immunoelectrophoresis test are conducted, using standard strains of 14 Actinoba-cillus pleuropneumoniae serotypes as diagnostic antigens and standard antisera as reference.
