Determination of titanium content in tin and titanium alloy was studied using the whole spectrum direct-reading high-resolution inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES).

The tribological properties of the steel/Al-Sn alloy friction pair lubricated by oil with a mineral additive was investigated under low and high load on pin-on-disc sliding friction and wear tester.

This paper provides a brief overview of the current status of spray forming technolgy of TiAl alloys,and indicates the future work on it.
