笔者认为,无论是对特别提款权进行改造,还是重新创设一种超主权的国际储备货币,在近期内都不具备可行性;对中国来说,更现实的选择是把握好此次美国金融危机所带来的契机,加速推动人民币国际化进程。

是与基金组织有关的储备资产之一，其目的是通过人为地创造一种储备资产以弥补当时作为主要储备资产的黄金的不足。作为国际结算的信用资产，其不具有内在价值。每隔一定时期，国际货币基金组织按照份额将其分配给会员国，会员国可以用它支付债务，或卖掉以获取外汇现金。它是无附带条件的流动资金。
