痘不起胀
痘不起胀 病证名。出《古今医鉴》。痘疮发病后，一般历时四天，当渐起胀，先出者先起，后出者后起，至五、六日毒气尽出，至七、八日则进入灌脓。若见形三、四日，起胀如豆形，根窝红活肥满，光泽明净者，预后良好。若不起胀，灰白陷顶者，为气血不足；紫红不起胀者，则为火盛血热。前者治宜补托，后者治宜清血。
