In this paper, the author focuses on how to get the optimum commutation signal in stator coil according to back EMF and puts forwards a new method to get the optimum commutation signal through installing sensitive coil.

A new method to detect the commutation signals of the sensorless brushless DC motor of electric vehicles capable of generation power was presented.

To meet the demand of the conversion of DC voltage ratio signals to ARINC 429 data signals,based on the simple analysis of I/O signal properties,signal conversion modules and implementation concepts of the functional modules are discussed.
