To identify the original species of tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium candidum,random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) was used to analyze the genetic relationships of tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium candidum and other 23 species of Dendrobium.
为了能方便快捷地鉴别出铁皮石斛试管苗和铁皮石斛,采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术对铁皮石斛试管苗及石斛属23个种进行了基因组DNA多态性分析,从中找出铁皮石斛试管苗特征性条带进行克隆和测序,并根据测序结果设计了特异性引物。
