人工喂养


母亲因各种原因不能喂哺婴儿时,可选用牛、羊乳,或其他代乳品喂养婴儿,称为人工喂养。由于母乳喂养有较多优点,所以不要轻易放弃母乳喂养,应尽量鼓励母乳喂养至少4个月,尤其是要让新生儿吃到最初一周内的初乳。人工喂养容易引起营养不良和消化紊乱,但如能选用优质乳品,调配恰当,供量充足,注意消毒,也能满足小儿营养需要,使婴儿生长发育良好。常用的乳品为鲜牛乳。牛奶蛋白质含量虽较人乳为高,但以酪蛋白为主,在胃内形成凝块较大,不易消化。牛奶所含脂肪以饱和脂肪酸为主,脂肪球大,又无溶脂酶,消化吸收较难。牛奶所含碳水化物较人乳为少,故喂食时最好加5%~8%的糖。其矿物质成分较高,不仅使胃酸下降,且加重肾脏负荷,不利于新生儿、早产儿、肾功能较差的婴儿。牛奶含锌、铜较少,含铁量虽与人乳相仿,但其吸收率仅为人乳的1/5。故不推荐人工喂养。
