Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of small interfering RNA(siRNA),targeting human papillomavirus(HPV) 18 E6 gene,on expression of E6,E7 gene of HPV 18 and on P53 protein expression in cervical cancer Hela cells.
目的:以人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)18型E6基因为靶点,研究小干扰RNA(small interference RNA,siRNA)对宫颈癌Hela细胞株HPV18基因组中恶性转化基因E6、E7的抑制作用及对细胞内P53蛋白表达的影响。

Objectives:To investigate the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) -2,-9 and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase (TIMP) -1,-2 in human tongue squamous cell carcinoma(Tca8113) in virto and in vivo,after suppressed the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) by vector-based small interfering RNA(siRNA).
目的:利用小干扰RNA(small interfering RNA,siRNA)抑制人舌癌Tca8113细胞血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelialgrowth factor,VEGF)表达,观察其对培养细胞和移植瘤基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)-2,-9及基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂(tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases,TIMPs)-1,-2蛋白表达的影响。
