| 姜椿芳（1912～1987） 中国翻译家，编辑出版家。中国大百科全书的首倡者之一。1912年7月28日生于江苏常州，1987年12月17日卒于北京。1932年加入中国共产党。早年主编《满洲青年》，编辑《满洲红旗》，创办《大北画刊》、《时代》中文周刊、《时代日报》等。1949年创办上海俄文学校，任校长。1953年任中共中央马恩列斯著作编译局副局长 ，参与翻译出版《马恩全集》、《列宁全集》和《斯大林全集》的组织领导和审校工作 。1978年负责筹组中国大百科全书出版社，任《中国大百科全书》总编辑委员会副主任，并任中国大百科全书出版社总编辑 ，1986年改任顾问 。译著有《列宁在十月》、《小市民》等，著有《从类书到百科全书》等。
