Purpose: to observe the changes of physiological indexes and performance during altitude training and sub-altitude training, and systematic investigations were carried to insight into the mechanism of altitude and sub-altitude training and explore the characteristic and its regulating manner of these trainings.
目的:通过观察世居亚高原赛艇运动员在高原和亚高原训练期间及其后续平原训练期间的生理生化指标和运动能力的变化,系统研究高原和亚高原训练对运动能力的影响及其影响机制,探索高原和亚高原训练的特点及规律。

l》“0b啦(；啦0yt。10n 》《、硼ni’a¨Iidl多巴高原训练基地位于青海省湟中县多巴镇，占地26．7万平方米。多巴基地海拔2：366米，缺氧22％，，大气压约为0．75标准大气压(576毫米汞柱)，夏季平均气温13．7℃。1986年起成为田径运动的训练基地，陈跃玲、王军霞、曲云霞、王丽萍等曾在这里训练。高原训练对于田径运动员的影响，学术界没有定论。
