According to the requirement of the second-stage project of national CALIS and the construction situation of the literature insurance system of different provinces of China, this paper analyses on the conditions of establishing higher education literature insurance system of Shanxi Province, and expounds its feasibility and its active influence.
根据国家CALIS二期工程建设的要求及全国各省文献保障体系的建设情况,分析了建立山西省高等教育文献保障体系的条件,并就其可行性及所产生的积极影响进行了阐述。
