By a questionnaire investigation on college students who have taken a long period course of shadowboxing teaching,The author finds that some thing happened in their knowledge and understanding on the ideas of our Traditional National Physical Program Shadowboxing and thinking of keeping health.
通过对大学生体育教学中实施传统民族体育项目太极拳教学后,就大学生健康保健意识中的有关我国传统养生观的接受程度等作了广泛的调查,结果证明:接受了长期接受太极拳教学和习练太极拳的大学生,其对我国传统养生观的认知与认同上与不经常进行太极拳系统学习与习练的大学生群体间存在着差异:1)在运动养生观方面,长期习练太极拳的大学生群体与普通大学生认识基本一致,前者更乐意接受此养生观;2)长期习练太极拳的大学生对于身心合一的养生思想,平衡养生思想以及放松身心养生思想方面的认知与认同程度均显著优于对照组大学生。

By a questionnaire investigation on college students who have taken more than 2 years course of shadowboxing,We find some thing happened in their Traditional National Physical Program s skill they have grasped,knowledge of Traditional National culture and thinking of keeping health.
通过对南京理工大学 30 0余名大学生关于体育课进行传统民族体育项目太极拳内容教学后 ,学生对我国传统文化的民族传统文化技能、知识以及传统养生观等作了广泛的调查 ,发现接受了长期、系统地传统体育教育的大学生其技术动作水平远高于普通高校大学生 ,且技术掌握牢固程度明显高于后者 ;在对传统体育文化的了解方面 ,前者在相关的太极拳理论方面好于一般大学生 ;在对我国传统养生观的理解上经历系统传统体育教育的大学生除在基本养生观上相近外 ,对动静平衡及神形协调养生观方面两者存在差异 ,经历系统养生观的大学生其对古代养生观的科学理解与其本意较为吻合 ,反映出系统太极拳教育的成效。
