It was found that the above properties were greatly affected by the encapsulant of macromolecular resin and its loading, and the above properties of P(NBR/HAF) vulcanizates were equal to or superior to those of BNBR/HAF v.

The results showed that the dispersity of black N330 in P(CR/N330) improved significantly by using the encapsulant and increasing the addition level of dispersing agent,thus the contact staining of P(CR/N330) was reduced or eliminated;and the contact staining of P(CR/N330) resulted from the free carbon black crumbs in the P(CR/N330) granules,especially on the surfaces of granules.
