A Review of the Evaluation Criteria of Public Libraries;

This paper introduces the meanings of Green Architecture,evaluation criteria and the necessity of development,and put forward some feasible measures to promote the development of Green Architecture in our country,green consumption,bring up talented person,intensify government s macroscopic readjustment and control and establish green revenue system.

Starting from the development of KVM technology,and through analyzing the shortages of the management mode of traditional computer-room,this paper introduces a usefull tool,KVM,for the management of computer-room,puts forward some evaluation criteria for selecting KVM products,and expounds the advantages of using KVM comparing with using traditional management mode.
