| 金华猪 中国猪的地方品种。又称两头乌。产于浙江东阳、义乌、金华等地。体型中等，耳下垂，颈短粗，背微凹，臀倾斜 、蹄质坚实。全身被毛中间白，头颈、臀尾黑。以早熟易肥 、皮薄骨细、肉质优良、适于腌制火腿著称。7～8月龄、体重70～75千克时为屠宰适期，胴体瘦肉率40％～45％。以金华猪为母本与外来品种猪杂交所得杂种猪，瘦肉率明显提高。 |
