This text gives a brief account of general procedures and test method for construction of CFG piles by means of long auger bored holes and pump pressurizing mixture, citing the example of pre-construction process test for pile formation carried out in construction of CFG piles for the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway.

By analysis of quality accident of CFG piles,the quality defects of CFG pile technique were approached,and the reinforcement scheme and technical measures are advanced to avoid such similar quality accidents taking place in future.

CFG pile composite foundation technology has been widely used in the country, the national industry standard, "the foundation norms"(JGJ79-2002) The promulgation of engineering and technical personnel for the CFG pile composite foundation design, construction and testing to provide a technical basis.
