对电子对抗装备进行维护保养 李则华摄dianzi duikang Zhuangbei lishu bQo，Zhang电子对抗装备技术保障(te chnical。uP-Port of eleetronie warfare equiPment)为使电子对抗装备性能完好所采取的技术措施。是装备技术保障的组成部分，电子对抗保障的重要内容。目的是保持、恢复和改善电子对抗装备的战术技术性能，以保证部队遂行作战、训练任务。 电子对抗装备技术保障是随着电子对抗装备的发展而逐步发展起来的。第二次世界大战期间，数十种电子对抗装备开始用于作战。由于装备的技术与结构比较简单，其维护修理主要由装备使用人员或工程技术人员采用直观判定、检查、清洁、擦拭等手段和更换损坏零部件的方式实施。随着参战装备数量的增多，一些国家建立了电子对抗装备修理机构，如德国的“中心修理站”。有的国家军队电子对抗装备研制单位增加了装备修理的职能，如美国的“第十五处美英实验室”和英国的“电信研究所”。装备使用单位逐步采用仪表检钡U和改进维护修理的手段、方式，实施技术保障。20世纪50年代，特别是进人60年代以后，随着电子技术的发展和广泛应用，电子对抗装备技术日趋复杂，性能不断提高，维修任务逐步加重，美、苏等国家军队均建立了修理工厂、野战修理基地和部队修理分队相结合的维修体制，对电子对抗装备实施全面技术保障。 中国人民解放军电子对抗装备技术保障自50年代中期开始，由专门的业务管理部门和修理机构负责组织实施。随着电子对抗装备技术的发展和装备数量的增多，各级装备维修机构和维修力量得到充实和加强，建立和健全各项规章、制度，配备了功能较齐全的维修设备，装备技术保障体系日趋完善。80年代，装备维修方式逐步由定时维修向定时维修与视情维修相结合过渡，维修方法逐步由手工检测、原件修复为主向自动检侧、换件修理为主转变。 电子对抗装备技术保障的内容主要包括:维护、修理、检查与鉴定、改装等。 维护。分日常维护、定期维护和战时维护。日常维护主要是清洁、擦拭装备外表，利用装备面板指示装置检查重要电气参数是否符合正常要求，由使用人员按装备维护细则实施。定期维护按装备工作时间、季节变化和不同的维护内容分为周(或月)维护和年维护。
