Since 1999s,China has seen extensive discussions and studies on the graduate education cost sharing,which has got great achievements.
20世纪90年代以来,我国对研究生教育成本分担进行了广泛的讨论和研究,并且取得了一定的成果,这无疑将会对研究生教育成本分担政策的制定以及实施起到重要的指导和参考作用,但是我国这一研究仍处于起步阶段,研究生教育生均教育成本的计量、分担比例的确定以及资助政策的制定,仍然是研究生教育成本分担中的关键问题,也是未来这一研究的难点之所在,需要进一步深入研究。

This paper expounds the theory of education cost sharing, points out the problems existing in the process of implementing this sharing system, analyses the cause of the problems from the angle of equity and gives policy suggestion to improve the system.
阐述了教育成本分担理论,指出了我国教育成本分担实施过程中存在的问题,从公平的角度分析了出现这种问题的原因,提出了完善高等教育成本分担政策的一些具体措施。
