There are some problems on the supplementary investigations applying to different judicial stages stipulated in Chinese Peoples Republic Criminal Procedure Law,such as the proceeding of examination and approval of arrest,the stage of examination and prosecute(proceed with charge),and the proceeding of court hearing.
我国《刑事诉讼法》规定的审查批捕时的补充侦查、审查起诉时的补充侦查、法庭审判时的补充侦查程度不同地存在退而不查、查而不清、屡退不查、屡查不清、相互借时间等问题。
