氧自由基
oxygen?derived free radical

  自由基是指具有未配对电子的原子或原子团。体内常见的自由基有氧自由基、羟自由基等。在脏器缺血时,能量代谢障碍,细胞功能及结构受损,代谢产物乳酸、黄嘌呤等大量产生,与氧反应而产生大量氧自由基。又因缺血脏器、清除自由基的酶类的能力及含量均降低,使其大量堆积,而损伤细胞,使胶质和透明质酸崩溃,使膜磷质结构的多价不饱和脂肪酸过氧化而使细胞膜受损;细胞内线粒体受损;微血管受损。应用自由基清除剂可预防和减轻此类损伤。
