爨底下村是位于北京市门头沟区斋堂镇西3公里的一个偏僻小山村，距苹果园地铁站70公里。村中保留着许多明清时的建筑，在明清时这里曾是交通要道，据说在康熙年间，村里的韩守德因长得像康熙，就代康熙出家当和尚，因此与皇家成为亲戚，在家乡盖了许多房子。
前些年，村里还有200多户人家，现大部分已搬到别处，只剩下了20多户，因为地理位置偏僻，人们在这里可以找到历史的痕迹，村里的人家都姓韩，去旅游时可以找韩村长当导游或介绍情况，村长很热情，村长和大部分人家都开了旅馆。爨底下村门票15元。
乘车路线，从前门外天桥乘929支线到斋堂，再租微面车可到（三四里路）。
