| 科学学 sciences，science of 研究科学的职能和科学的发展规律，科学活动的结构和动态，科学和社会其他物质、精神生活领域之间的关系的科学。是自然科学和社会科学综合产生的新兴交叉学科。科学学的研究始于20世纪20 年代 。1925年波兰学者F.兹纳涅茨基（1882～1958）最先提出“科学学”一词 ，1939 年英国科学家J.贝尔纳（1901～1971）发表《科学的社会功能》，成为科学学的奠基性著作。20世纪60年代形成独立的研究领域，此后，科学学得到迅速发展，到80年代全世界成立的专门研究机构有500个以上。科学学的研究内容大致包括： ①自然科学在人类历史发展中的地位和作用；在各个历史阶段科学发展的规律性。②现代科学知识体系，科学理论与实验的关系，科学与技术的关系。③自然科学的社会形成过程 ，包括科学研究体制、结构和组织形式，科研队伍的素质、构成和人员培养，科学发展规划与政策，科技情报系统等。④科研活动的最优化管理。⑤科学与教育的关系。⑥科研活动的认识规律、心理规律、社会规律和计量方法等。科学学的研究成果为科技政策的制定和科学研究的组织管理提供理论和方法。 |
