本文在旅游学、社会学、旅游经济学、经济地理学以及统计学等相关理论与方法支撑下,运用室内资料收集、实地观察与调查、研究分析比较、不确定分析法等方法,在阐述国内外关于以乡村旅游为研究主题文献的基础上,提出乡村旅游发展对农村剩余劳动力转移的可行性和必要性,相对系统的分析了乡村旅游开发下的农村劳动力转移机制和乡村旅游产业结构与劳动力转移渠道的关联性,通过建立模型并运用分析统计软件SPSS对模型进行分析、模拟,最后对模型进行检验,论文取得了以下研究结论:(1)通过对目前研究文献进行综合整理与分析,得出了不同时间段内我国关于乡村旅游研究关注的热点与焦点。

三元河乡村旅游资源主要是以河边寨、鱼洞村等布依村寨为主，河边寨又主要以其建筑特色为主，民俗活动相对较少（渔洞的情况也基本相同），汉化程度比较突出。村寨环境姣好，河边寨和渔洞有大片的风水林，渔洞更是隐蔽在古树浓荫之下，寨内的参天古树、建筑古朴、鸟语蝉鸣、幽雅宁静、神韵盎然，更有三元河蜿蜒逶迤，穿行在山林村寨之间，充满野趣，是极为难得的城市近郊返璞归真的休闲度假、乡村旅游和文化旅游绝妙景区。
以河边寨等布依村寨群落为特色，其中三元河边寨、鱼洞村最为突出，保存有古建筑（石塔、石桥、营盘）、溪流风光（富洪村）、以及布依民间画、文革标语遗迹、布依花灯等人文景观。历史遗迹、人文景观、民族文化、自然风光、乡村景色等共同构成三元河乡村旅游。
