This paper argues that in the process of comprehending the source text,the translator is a passive reader at the place of a passive receiver,he/she has to understand the text in depth; In contrast,during the proces.
本文认为,在理解原文的过程中,译者首先是被动的读者,处于被动接受的地位,必须深入理解原文;在表达译文的过程中,译者又是主动的再创作者,拥有表达方式的主动权,处于主动创作的地位。
