集群行为
crowd behavior
集群行为(erowd behavior)集群是无组织的乌合之众，是在可以耳闻[J睹范围内的一群人，如球场观众台上的观众。集群行为，是一种在人们激烈互动中自发发生的、无指导的、无明确目的的、不受正常社会规范约束的众多人的狂热行为。集群行为不同于群众运动和群众活动，它有以下特点:(l)自发性。集群行为不是预先有计划的，而是一群情绪激动的人群受到某种刺激后，一哄而起的行为。(2)狂热性。集群行为中的每个成员都处于狂热状态中，缺乏理智的考虑，完全为激情所支配，狂呼乱叫，盲目行动，不顾后果。(3)非常规性。狂热的人们聚集在一起，产生失个性化现象。由于丧失理智，行为往往不能受正常社会规范的约束，肆意践踏和破坏社会准则。(4)短暂性。集群行为是由一时情绪冲动产生的，因此，只要发泄了情绪，减轻了心理紧张，行动就结束了。如果被人利用而持续下去，成为有组织有目的的活动，那就不是集群行为了。集群行.为作为一种社会心理现象普遍存在于任何一个社会中。然而，任何一个集群行为必然是发生在一个具体的社会环境中的，与其政治的、经济的、社会的情况密切联系着，并对社会发生影响。因此，对集群行为的社会作用就不能一概而论，而必须具体分析。 (林乘贤撰沈德灿审)
