How to convert implicit knowledge to explicit one in knowledge management;

With the development of knowledge management(KM) and information technology,knowledge acquisition is widely applied in KM,it encourages the current knowledge management of organizations,lots of implicit knowledge is transferred into explicit,so to realize the spread and sharing of knowledge.

This paper analyzes the process and types of knowledge transfer in libraries,and probe into the model and impact factors of the transfer of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge.

After summarizing the basic concepts, significance and function of innovation, this paper divides knowledge into visible knowledge and latent knowledge.
