Viewing from the successful experiences of the legislation about circular economy of Germany,Japan and America,this article estimates the current legislative circumstances and problems about our country's circular economy,presents the founding of legislative mode which is fit for our country,the construction of legislative system and the method of enhancing the efficiency of the statutes.
鉴于德国、日本、美国这三个经济发达国家循环经济立法的成功经验,笔者分析了我国循环经济立法的现状及存在的问题,提出建立符合我国国情的循环经济立法模式,循环经济法律体系的构建,以及如何加强循环经济法律法规的操作性,使之更行之有效。
