At the extradition context,an effective way to abolish Capital Punishment indirectly,is based mainly on the principle of non-extradition to Capital Punishment and human rights protection clause in international law,by which make the requesting State unable to apply Capital Punishment,thus have an effect upon the restricting or even the abolition of the death penalty.
