By using the method of documentary,expert interview,logical analysis,this paper put forwards that staff average wage of our country should be chosen as standard to adjust our Olympic champion material award by leading into the concept of award relative strength and base on the analysis of our Olympic champion national material award.

Through using the method of literature review,the paper analyzed and summarized the gender,the nationality,the family background,the educational background and the training,background of the Olympic champions as well as the movement-groups engaged in sports training at all stages of the period of the age and the physical road to success.
