Objective:To study the interrelations among rural drinking water,sanitation and waterborne infectious disease based on the analysis results of current status of rural drinking water,sanitation and main waterborne infectious diseases in China, established a quantitative model on them primarily.
目的:在了解我国农村饮用水与环境卫生现状和主要介水传染病发病情况的基础上,探讨饮用水和环境卫生与介水传染病之间的相互关系,初步建立饮用水和环境卫生与介水传染病发病率之间的定量反应关系。

农村饮水安全工程：按照水质、水量、用水方便程度等指标衡量，目前全国尚有3亿多农村人口（中西部地区占80%）饮水未达到安全标准。2005年，国家启动了农村饮水安全应急工程，要在两年内解决2120万农村人口饮水安全问题。目前，国家发展和改革委员会正会同水利部、卫生部等有关部门抓紧编制《%26#8220;十一五%26#8221;农村饮水安全建设规划》，确保在%26#8220;十一五%26#8221;期间解决1亿农村人口饮用高氟水、高砷水、苦咸水、污染水和血吸虫病区、微生物超标等水质不达标以及局部地区严重缺水的问题。
