To improve the capacity and efficiency of the ship passage in a dam area of inland river,based on technology around world about the vertical ship lift,the existing technology of the vertical ship lift using hydraulic manipulator principle is analyzed.
为了改善内陆河流船舶通行坝区的能力和效率,对国内外的垂直升船机进行了研究,分析了垂直升船机的现有技术,提出了全新的液压升船机的设计方法,采用液压机械手原理,有效地突破了液压油缸有限行程无法完成大高度升降、长距离运行的技术难题;采用液压调速控制,改善了系统低速性能,实现了大范围内无级调速;采用动态驱动解析冗余容错技术,实现了局部故障下的自恢复功能,提高了设备运行的安全性;运用液压同步性能的优势,消除了电气拖动多吊点易偏载的缺陷。
