| 陆缘说 rimland theory 美国的N.J.斯皮克曼在陆心说基础上提出的关于边缘地带的政治地理学学说。 他认为，陆心说的内新月形地带，即心脏地带周围的外缘地区拥有大量人口、丰富的物产资源和农业资源，而欧亚大陆的心脏地带自然环境比较严酷，人口稀少、经济落后，主宰世界的关键地区不在心脏地带，而在内新月形地带，他称之为陆缘地带，并依照H.J.麦金德提出战略名言：谁控制陆缘地带，谁就能统治欧亚大陆；谁统治欧亚大陆，谁就能控制世界。他的理论是为了适应美国遏制苏联的全球战略而提出的。陆缘地带作为陆权国家和海权国家的接触地带，是争夺激烈的地区。实际上，陆缘地带在历史上和现在都是世界上政治最破碎的地带，而且陆缘说未考虑制空权（尤其是洲际导弹）及其对全球战略的影响，也未考虑边缘地带内部的地理差异。因此陆缘说如今已被废弃。 |
