This paper analyzes the process of the price adjustment policymaking of the railway baggage and parcel transportation by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix conjoining XML and container technology in the Weblogic, and founds the pattern of the price adjustment policymaking that provides a kind of scheme to standardize the price adjustment policymaking.

This paper illustrated the influencing factors for farmers water-saving activities;and it analyzed and discussed quantitatively farmers water-saving decision according to the first hand investigation data of the farmers water-saving behavior,income and expenses through constructing farmer water-saving behavior model and quantitatively analyzing the agricultural .

The article introduces defining the range of economic evaluation according to the characters of gas exploitation projects, reasonably confirming economic evaluation period based on the characteristics of gas exploitation and the request of technology, decision-making price, the scope and amount of investment, cost of gas production and other parameters and indexes.
