方法268例口腔正畸患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组在正畸治疗的同时根据患者不同心理问题进行认知宣教、心理疏导、心理治疗,使患者能够正确认识矫治的必要性并主动配合治疗,对照组则只是给予常规的正畸治疗。

逆其证候性质而治的治病求本的治疗法则。如疾病证候性质属寒，则用热性的方药治疗；疾病证候性质属热，则用寒性的方药治疗；疾病性质属实的，则用泻的方药治疗，疾病性质属虚的，则用补的方药治疗等，都是正治之法。由于所采用的方药性质与疾病的性质相反，故又称逆治。
正治法是临床最常用的治疗法则，主要用于病机与证状一致性的疾患,如寒病见寒象,热病见热象，虚病见虚象,实病见实象等。正治法则的使用关键,在于辨明疾病性质的寒热虚实，然后分别采用“寒者热之”、“热者寒之”、“虚则补气”、“实则泻之”等不同方法进行治疗。例如，病邪滞留不通的证候，采用攻逐通利的方法；气机郁结的病证，采用开郁散结的方法；滑脱耗散的病证，采用收涩固脱的方法；挛急窘迫的病证，采用缓和制急的方法；惊怯躁扰的病证，采用镇潜平抑的方法；枯燥干涩的病证，采用濡润滋养的方法等。所有这些治法，都是针对病变的现象及其本质的。
