Based on the analysis of the data of the health staff and medical devices in forty MOH UNICEF project counties of Xinjiang,Qinghai,Gansu,Ningxia and Guizhou,our results indicated that there was lack of health staff and the professional ability of them was low in both township hospitals and village clinical stations.
结果表明:调查地区乡村两级医疗卫生人员缺乏,现有人员整体素质偏低,而且乡卫生院和村卫生室最基本的医疗器件严重不足,特别是在距离乡较远的村,有相当比例的村卫生室既没有一次性注射器,又没有高压消毒锅,医疗器件的消毒没有保障。
