Considering the sharing of delivery time crashing cost,the decision-making of a supply chain consisting of one supplier and two retailers,and the decision model is presented in which the supplier declares delivery lead time first,and then the retailer determines order quantity is studied.

Based on credibility theory,this paper studies how to evaluate the safety inventory of node enterprise given constant lead time and fuzzy lead time under fuzzy demand,analyzes the impact of supply uncertainty on safety inventory on fuzzy demand,and compares the correlative issues with stochastic demand.

Through the analysis of the theory and enterprise practice,the result shows:the correlation between order batch and lead time is positive;order lead time will change with batch chan- ging in the same direction;the changing lever of order lead time with changing of batch in a higher position is greater than the changing lever in a lower position batch.
