The financial turmoil limits the mobility of social capital,discourages people\'s investment awareness,thus causing the plan of raising funds to be continuously frustrated,resulting in a serious shortage of funds and the inability to improve traffic conditions and introduce advanced technology and equipments.

Based on the field survey of 462 sample rural families in Shaanxi Province,the paper analyzed the factors influencing these farmers\' willingness to invest in health.
