Application of New DSP In Milling Machine AC Servo Control System;

Through adopting programmable controller,the automatic control of the feeding system as a key part of milling planer has been realized,and on the basis of analyzing the demands of machining process and control to milling planer,the program design and the shakedown test have been completed.

According to the features of milling planer,it should start with such aspects as initiative-driving manner,the structure of ram,materials and the style of guide track,in order to strengthen the whole stiffness and precision of milling plane and meet customer requirements.

Taking planomiller as an object example,the paper discusses the realization of display and movement control on the workbench,with an increasable encoder as the position check and measure component instead of the traditional movement switch,and with the PLC as the main control combined with the panel touch monitor as the input/output equipment.

Design defects and hydraulic system elements aging are the main causes of the gantry milling machine′s fault.
