【中华民国保险商业同业公会联合会】保险行业性社团。1946年7月14日于上海成立。由上海、重庆、昆明、南京、汉口、天津、青岛、苏州等市保险同业公会联合组成，选举罗北辰、丁雪农，毛啸岭、相寿祖、陈巳生、过福云、董汉搓等9人为常务理事。公会章程7章39条，以加强全国保险同业联系，团结全国保险同业力量，图谋保险事业发展和协助政府保险政策推行为宗旨。下设人身保险、火灾保险、运输保险、保险法规和保险学术研究五个专门委员会。由于当时国内局势动荡，基本没有开展会务活动，实际形同虚设。
