Results Out of 42 cases,38 cases were ileal pouch-anal anastomosis and 4 cases were ilealostomy .
半年后每日排便2-9次,平均4次,2例患者排便次数多需要服用止泻剂;2例术后发生硬纤维瘤再次手术,7例患者回肠贮袋中发现息肉经内镜摘除。
